Problems encountered during the account retrieval process:-
Q1: I have problem retrieving my character, what shall I do?
A1: You are required to fill up the Account Retrieval Form and attached a copy of your identity card (‘.JPG’ file format), together with your RAN Online item purchased record before 15th March 2007. (screen capture and save the record in ‘.JPG’ file format). Finally, kindly email us all the requested information to customerservice@myrosso.com

Q2: Entered 2nd password, but error message appeared "Invalid Password"
A2: Please refer to above Q1 explanation.
Q3: Account has been claimed by others.
A3: You are required to fill up the Account Retrieval Form and attached a copy of your identity card (JPG format), together with your RAN Online item purchased record before 15th March 2007. (screen capture on RAN purchased item record from previous publisher portal in ‘.JPG’ file format) Finally, kindly email us all the requested information to customerservice@myrosso.com
Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd will take action to freeze the relevant account. An email notification will be sent to the account owner, he/she must reply the email within 7 days. Any feedback received thereafter shall not be entertained.
