RAN Online Character Transfer Announcement

Dear Gamers,

Please be informed that all players that had create characters before March 2007 but haven't transfer them from the previous publisher's server, kindly submit your account information before 3 April 2008, 10am(GMT+8) in order to claim back your account. After the due date, myRosso will not entertain any inquiry about character transfer cases and problems. At the same time, character transfer services will be terminated officially.

Please take note of the following:-

  1. All the account information will follow by the information that had been stated before March 2007 for all the account that haven't claimed back from the previous publisher's server.

  1. All the account information will follow by the information that had been stated at myRosso server for the account that has been claimed.

  1. Previous publisher's Chinese server character will be transferred to myRosso Chinese server while previous publisher's English server character will transfer to myRosso Shinjuku server.

  1. Players have to submit the correct information of myRosso account. If you did not provide the real particular during registration, such services will not be provided.

  1. Trading of Cash/Game Items is strictly illegal. A transfer or attempted transfer of a character/ item is entirely at the risk of the parties to such transaction. Players are liable for any losses and law prosecutions in any private transaction involve real money, in-game items, or account trading. Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. shall suspend the violating account until future notice.

  1. All the character transfer cases from 24 March 2008 to 3 April 2008 10am (GMT+8) will take 14 days working time to be processed.

  1. If the players fail to provide the full information that we require before 3 April 2008 10am (GMT+8), your application for character transfer will be disqualified.
