For those players who do not know how to make the report application through e-mail, you can download and fill in the myRosso Account Report Form below by faxing to myRosso Customer Service at 03-2166 5488.

myRosso Customer Service will send you a reply to your myRosso account registred e-mail after finish the investigation of the case.
