Minimal Support for Customer Service on National Day
Dear Players,
Greetings!
As on the 31st of August 2008 till 1st September 2008 is our National Day, the customer service support, which includes phone calls, Online Customer Service and emails, will be stopped temporary.
However, during those days, players will still be able to send reports to the customer service at :-

For all the reports that is sent in during those two days, the customer service staff will start to process the reports on Tuesday ( 2nd of September 2008 ).
At the same time, on 1st of September 2008 ( Monday ), Ran Online server maintenance will not be carried out on that day. Therefore, players will be able to login to the game as normal.
