Redemption Procedure:

Please visit RAN official website and click on “Redemption Corner” for Virtual Item Redemption.
2.
Key in Redemption Code and select server to confirm.
3.
Kindly log on to in game and collect you’re purchased Virtual Items at the RAN Item Bank (shortcut key B) after 15 minutes.
Attention:
1.
Please register as member and online downloading game client. Player can redeem their virtual items after selected game server and new character setup.
2.
Please ensure the log on details (myRosso ID/ Password/ Redemption CD key/ Character Name/ Server). myRosso will not be responsible for any internet disconnectivity, latency issues caused by player's own ISP internet connectivity issue.
