1. INSTALLATION
Q : Can I play RAN Online on Window Vista?
A : Yes. However, kindly follow instruction below to install the game if you still have game installation problem on Window Vista:- Right click on the game client's setup file, click on "Properties".
- Select "Compatibility".On the "Compatibility mode" area, check the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" box. And select "Windows 98 / Windows ME".
- Click "Ok" to save the setting. Run the installation again.

Q : Unable to connect into the game
A : Kindly check your Internet connection speed, check the official website announcement, or turn off window restore or any restoration equipments, anti virus and firewall. If the problem still cannot be resolved, kindly email to our customer service and attach together with your “dxdiag.txt” by describing the error message that occur to you.

Q : How to login into the game?
A : Make sure your Internet connection is on. Double click on the myRosso Launcher, then myRosso Launcher Application will pop out. Follow the require information in order to login into the game.
Q : Error[12307] occur during myRosso Launcher Application execute, how?
A : Make sure your computer system date and time are correct.
Q : After login, auto restart message suddenly pop out, how?
A : This may caused by the conflict between the game client and the computer system. Kindly follow below instructions to disable Automatically restart function.

A : Every monday and thursday 10am-12pm

A : This happened when incomplete installation of the game. Please uninstall and reinstall the game again.

Q: What is myRosso Account?
A: myRosso account can use to login into myRosso website and all myRosso games.
Q : How to apply myRosso Account?
A : First, you need to access myRosso main website http://www.myrosso.com and click “Register Now” option. Please fill in all the accurate information into the require box. Please make sure that the registered mail is fill in correctly and successfully activated. Then you can enjoy playing the game.
Q : How many account can i create by using one I/C?
A : You can register as many account as you prefer by using one I/C.
Q : If I didn't provide the correct I/C information during the registration, what is the risk I will get?
A : Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not continue to provide any support or service and will not liable for any losses which may occur, players are fully responsible for any losses.
Q : Did not get any account activation mail after myRosso account registered.
A : Please make sure that the registered mail is fill in correctly (eg. your e-mail address end with .cn/.sg/.hk/.my). If there was any mistakes on your email, kindly login to myRosso website (http://www.myrosso.com/member/registration_Activation_Resend.asp) to change your email and resend the account activation mail once again. If the email that you are key in is correct, kindly check your mail box SPAM/BULK mail in order to get your account activation mail.
Q : How to change myRosso Password?
A: Go to myRosso website then click on change password selection under membership corner section (http://www.myrosso.com/member/ChangePassword.asp) .
After login, kindly key in your current password, security pincode and your new password.
Q : Forgot my Password, how?
A :Please refer to our main website and fill in your Login ID and registered email. The system will automatically send an email to your registered email with the new password. You need to click on the the hyperlink in order to used the new password.
Q : What is Security Pincode? If i forgot my Security Pincode, how?
A :Security Pincode is a code to secure your password. You need to use your Security Pincode in order to change your password. Thus, do not use any password or others code that will be easier guess by other players. If you had forgotten your Security Pincode, kindly login to your email and check the information inside myRosso account activation email ,or please contact our customer service (customerservice@myrosso.com) by providing the information below:

Q : Can I change my I/C number?
A : NO. You need to fill in a correct I/C number during first time of account registration.
Q : Why cannot trade/sell my account?
A : Your account is just for online entertainment and you can't used it to gain your own benefits. Trading of account will occur an unneccesary argument and it's not protected under game policies.
Q : Why cannot trade Point Cards/ Cash Item/ Real Money with game items?
A : You might get in volved in any scamming case or any unneeccesary argument and it's not fully protected under cyber law protection.
Q : What should i do if there is any conflict and arguments during the trading of Point Cards/ Cash Item/ Real Money/ trade/sell account?
A : Both of accounts may will ban due to the violation of our Terms of Use. Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd. will not provide any support or service and will not liable for any losses which may occur. You must solve the problem by yourself or with the help of police.
Q : What if i give my account password to third party (brother/sister, Boyfriend/Girlfriend/Friend or strangers)?
A : Your account is no longer safe. It will caused a threat to your account security status. Please bare in mind, once you had share account with any third party members, your account is no longer under the protection of Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn. Bhd.
Q : Where can I get myRosso Point Card?
A : You may refer to myRosso website information given (http://www.myrosso.com/buy_pointcards.asp) For oversea players, you can use Online Payment methods which provided by myRosso Payment Partners to purchase myRosso point cards.
Q : Accidentally spoiled myRosso point card while scratching it, how?

3. Nprotect ERROR MESSAGES
When you trying play the game, but pop out an Nprotect error message. Please check the error code, and find out the answer from below:

A : Various spywares/viruses/malignant codes harm operating programs and could try intruding into GameGuard that is protecting the game, or could interrupt some imporatant functions of GameGuard. Error 180 could occur frequently especially when an important GameGuard update file has been damaged. Tehrefore, please remove all viruses, spywares and malignant codes by scanning your entire PC with a vaccine.
Q : Display error message: NPGAMEMON_ERROR_ILLEGAL_PRG(200)
A : Illegal software was detected. Please close all unnecessary software and try again.
Q : Display error message: NPGAMEMON_ERROR_DOWNCFG(340)
A : Internet line lagging or instability which caused this error message. Please check the
Internet connection and firewall setting.
Q : Display error message: NPGAMEMON_ERROR_ABORT(350)
A : You pressed the 'Cancel' button during updating process. It always happen when
Internet access was disconnected. Please reconnect and check your network stability.
Q : I'm updating the GameGuard, but it suddenly disable and display error messages (Errorcode:350)
A : You might be miss click the Cancel button or the internet broadband lagging or FTP, HTTP disconnection. Please click 'Retry' button.
Q : GameGuard not function and display error message (Errorcode: 360)
A : Go to PC's hard disk (e.g.: C drive:\My Computer), right click 'Tools', and select
'Check Now' for the entire hard disk error checking. If the problem persists, please
remove previous RAN installation folder, then reinstall again.
Q : Display error message: NPGAMEMON_ERROR_AUTH(360)
A : Updates failure or GameGuard corrupted. Please check the firewall setting and
try again.
Q : GameGuard not function and display error message (Errorcode: 361)
A : The GameGuard does not update successfully. Please check the Internet connection and security program execution (e.g.: itop etc) before connecting to Internet.

Q : Can i edit my registered profile?
A : Players have to aware of their words during the character has been created. No special symbols,vulgar words, or the name which are related to the Officer during character creation.

Q : How to create Extreme Class?
A : Once your character reached level 190, you can create a extreme class with the same gender of the character which reached level 190.
Q : If didn't login for a long period of time, my character will be deleted?
A : No, the system will not auto delete the player's character.
Q : What is the purpose of Attitude Points (Status Attr)?
A : If there's negative in the Attitude Points, there will be additional charge when buying stuff from the NPC and even will cause you can't trade with the NPC.
Q : What is the purpose of Life Points (Life_pt)?
A : The life points do not have in game function currently.
Q: Any game tips to increase the weapon upgrade successful rate?
A: The percentages for upgrading all game weapon/ armor is in random basis, no
game tips are available.
Q : My weapon or armor disappeared when upgrading failed.
A : Yes. The weapon or armor will be gone due to the game system setting if you failed to complete upgrading.
Q : How to open my personal store business?
A : You need Store Business Pass before can open a store. Passes are available at Super Store or any purchase of RAN Online physical products in the future.
Q : How to set the Club Badge?
A : Please follow instructions below to set your Club Badge:

Please prepare a picture with measurement is 16 x 11 and saved in *.BMP file format.
- Save the picture to "My Documents" folder.
- Login to game and enter the full file name in club settings,
e.g:123.bmp.
*Remarks: Only Club Leader is allowed to change the club badge setting.
Q : How to use marriage system?
A : Bride and groom have to prepare the invitation card and wedding gown before
access to the wedding hall. However, the advanced function for marriage system is not available at this moment.
Q: Does job advanced apply in Ran Online?
A: Classes and gender are preset by system once you created the character. However, you can create a new extreme class when your character reached level 190.

A : RAN Super Store's products categorize to day limits and usage time limits.
Q : Will the day limits and usage time limits indicate the deadline/expiry?
A : Yes. Move mouse cursor to the Super Store’s virtual item. It will indicate the item and its expiry date.
Q : Why i cannot purchase the red color highlighted items in shop vending?
A : Red highlighted items are sold out.
Q : How do i get the abrasive ?
A : Kill a monster, or redeemable by empty bottles.
Q : How to use abrasive to refine equipment?
A : Click on the abrasive and drag it to the desired equipment by right click. Please ensure equipment is placed in the inventory bar before you start. (Fine) Burr used for upgrade weapon and (Luxury) Protection Potion used for upgrade armor.
Q : Is there any safety value by using the abrasive to refine the weapon or armor?
A : Abrasive to refine the weapon or armor [+1]~[+4]will be unbeatable.
Q : What is the different between Fine Burr & Luxury Protection Potion with Burr & Protection Potion?
A : Fine Burr and Luxury Protection Potion can be used to refine +0 ~ +9 items, whereby Burr and Protection Potion only can refine +0 ~ +4 items.
Q : What are Ganil Piece and Bail Piece ?
A : Those abrasives used to refine the equipment [+1]~[+10], and the equipment will be vanish if refine failure.
Q : What if refine failure on +4 above equipment?
A : Some possibilities may happen:
- Equipment's refine value remain
- Equipment's refine value turn to 0
- The equipment vanish.
Q : What is included in the abrasive set?
A : Burr, Protection Potion, Bone Powder, Sodium, Iron, Silver and Crystal.
Q : Bone Powder, Sodium, Iron, Silver and Crystal will have what effect?
A : Bone Powder can be used to increase Air's resistance, Sodium can be used to increase Electric's resistance, Iron can be used to increase Fire's resistance, Silver can be used to increase Poison's resistance and Crystal can be used to increase Ice's resistance,
Q : How do i make use of the Old Books, Ancient Book, Broken empty bottle and Currency Unconfirmed which collect from Clearing Dormitory mission?
A: There is resources recycling at welfare society , thus the item can be sold to NPC for money.
Q :How to get the Weapon or Armor with element?
A : Weapon with element effect will randomly dropped by monsters after being killed. Armor can be increasing by applying element resistance with bone powder, sodium, iron, silver or crystal.
Q : What are the functions of equipment's element?
A : The equipment's element can increase the addition ability or resistance of equipments.
Q : Is there any repel among equipment's element?
A : No.
Q : What is the additional attack effects element for each of weapon such as Electric, Fire,Ice, Poisons?

Q : Will the in-game weather affect to the additional attack effects element for each of weapon?
A: Yes.
Electric element: Raining will have additional effect, but will decrease the effect when snowing

Q : What is Spell?
A : Spells are required during performing special skills for Qigong(Shaman) Society students.
Q : How do i equip/cast the Spell?
A : Only Qigong(Shaman) society student can equip/cast the Spell. Just place the spell at right side of the uppper clothes in the inventory.
Q : Why I cannot use the Spell during practicing Qigong(Shaman)?
A : You need to equip with specific Qigong(Shaman) weapon before using the Spell, spell could not work on common weapons.
Q : How do i go to the Market Place?
A : Take a yellow buggy nearby every campus entrance.
Q : How to go to the Practicing Yard?
A : Take the bus transfer point with Bus Card.
Q : How many times can I use for one Campus Return Card?
A : One card is applicable for ONE time, it can sent your game character back to the Campus 1F.
Q : If I add in my skill point wrongly, can I reset it?
A : Yes. You can purchase Oblivion Potion from RAN Super Store to reset your skill points.
Q : Can i over grade to equip the weapon?
A : Yes, but it will consume your SP.
Q : Why my game character gasping for breath?
A : Game character’s SP is too low, which cause character breathing heavily.
Q : What happen if Game Character’s SP is too low?
A : Your attack ability will drop, you may miss out attack easily or the effect may reduce half.
Q : My inventory is full during mission, but NPC has no option to allow me complete mission.
A :Clear out reward items to get enough space, open Mission window (T) and select the chosen mission, press “Finished" button at the left side.
Q : During the last step on Force Field Authentication mission, relevance mission dialogue does not turn up when i try to converse with the Student Director.
A : Please ensure you do not hold any broom when taking to Student Director during
the Force Field Authentication mission.
Q : How to get the Clearing Dormitory mission’s broom?
A : After reaching level 5, please follow Students Director instruction, pay $100 and look for Locker's Guardian at the storeroom for broom rental. You may select Mission window (T) for further details.
Q : Can I decline certain player’s private message?
A : Yes. Please open up Friend window (F). Select “Blocked”, key-in the player's ID, and press OK. To unable, just select the desired ID and undo it.
Q : How to do the clearance mission?
A : Using the broom or weapon to attack the trash.
Q : I already rented a broom but no Clearing Dormitory Mission turn up ?
A : You need to look for Students Director to accept the Clearing Dormitory Mission.
Q : Is there any Force PK in Market Place?
A : No. There is no force PK function in market place
Q : Is there any Force PK in Practicing Yard?
A : Yes. There is force PK function.
Q : Is there any place for duel PK?
A : You can on your duel PK, except for Sacred Gate, Mystic Peak and Phoenix Campus 1F.
Q : Why some characters’ ID will turn to yellow, orange and red color?
A : The negative attribute point will turn the ID to yellow color, the higher negative rate, the more it will approach to red color.
Q : Why there are many players ID shown in red color during Duel PK session?
A : In a free duel PK session, other campus’ players ID can be easily notified in red color. It indicates those who in opposite side who you can start PK with.
Q : Can i redo if i failed on the Assessment on Passing the Main Entrance mission?
A : Yes, you are able to redo this mission provided if your character is =level 26.
Q : Is there any Store available?
A : Yes. Locker is Storage place.
Q : How to use the Locker?
A : Go to the Locker's Guardian at the Campus 1F and select the locker; Or look for the safety box located out of the market place.
Q : Can i share Locker if same account but difference server?
A : NO.
Q : Can i share Locker if same account and same server?
A : YES.
Q : Can i open my locker at different campus?
A : No.
Q : How do I start force PK other player?
A : Press “Z” key , and click the player that you wish to force PK.
Q : Can I reject Force PK ?
A : No, you cannot reject Force PK. However Force PK is not allowed within the campus area
Q : Where to buy skill book?
A : Look for the College square or College Administrator to purchase the beginner skill book from them.
Q : Why I cannot see the skill books which sold by society trainer?
A : Right click society trainer, go to item trading -> store -> select “etc”.
Q : If I want to use Whisper Frequency to chat with my good friend, but his/her ID is too long, is there any convenience way?
A : Yes, open the Friend window (F), double click on your good friend ID and use the whisper frequency to chat.
Q : If the character has been deleted, will the items still available in locker?
A : The items inside character's inventory will be deleted together with character, but the items in locker and item bank won’t be lost.
Q : Once armor combined with clothes, what happens when deadline reach?
A : Clothes outlook will disappear and combined item restore back to normal.
Q: Where to get skill books which society trainer does not sell?
A: You can get skill books through Spiritual Sphere or by killing the mobs.

A : Press the "Print Screen" button on your keyboard to save current screenshot. It will be stored in My Document\RanOnline\Screen folder.

A : There is no such easy or hard differ in character. It always depends on player to choose for their favorable character to play.

A : Press mouse wheel to zoom in/out or rotate the view.

A : The higher the tax rate the more expensive the trading item. Relatively the item value will be lower when you sell to NPC.
