All information provided by participants for joining the Marc Ecko Contest/Event as shown on the registration form must be true, precise, up-to-date and complete. Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate or suspend your registration if the information provided is false, not precise, outdated or incomplete or if the myRosso Team has reason/s to suspect the information provided is false, not precise, outdated and incomplete.

By submitting Materials to Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd, you represent and warrant that the Materials do not infringe any copyright, trademark, property rights, rights of privacy or publicity of any person, or any other right of any third party and that you have the full and unrestricted right to transfer the Materials to Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd free and clear of any claims or encumbrances.

You must clearly understand that all text, data, photographs, graphics, messages or other materials obtained via the Marc Ecko Contest/Event are the sole responsibility of the person who posted or transmitted such contents either publicly or privately. Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd does not control the contents and does not guarantee the truthfulness, precision or quality of the contents. As such, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd will not be held responsible for all the contents you are exposed to.

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to use any and all pictures,data,text,graphics, messages or other materials of contests for promotional purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd, associates or other partners and employees for any damage from any claim or demand due to or caused by your contents being uploaded, posted or transmitted during the Marc Ecko Contest/Event.

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd may use, reproduce, edit, display, transmit, prepare derivative works of, modify, publish, and otherwise make use of Materials in any and all media, whether now known or hereinafter created—throughout the world and for any purpose—without compensation to you of any kind.

You acknowledge and agree that Materials submitted by you may be made available by Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd for viewing, rating, reviewing, and commenting by the public. You acknowledge that comments or ratings that you disagree with or are unhappy about may be published or otherwise become associated with Materials that you submit to Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd. By submitting Materials to Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd, you waive any privacy expectations that you may have with respect to the Materials.

Employees of Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd (M) Sdn Bhd, employees of FJ Benjamin (M) Sdn Bhd and their immediate family members/relatives are not eligible to participate in this contest/event.

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to alter any contest rules at any time.

You agree that Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate or suspend your registration without any prior consent to you if myRosso believes that you have violated any part of the Terms of Service.

The judges’ decision will be final. No correspondence will be entertained.

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd has the sole and absolute discretion to exclude any entries for the contest without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.

All prizes must be redeemed within 30 days after the winners are announced, failing which, the prizes will be forfeited and any enquiries thereafter will not be entertained.

Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to notify the winners via the phone number that was used to register or through other modes of communication as it prefers.

Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings. All winners are solely responsible for any and all taxes and/or fees as well as all additional costs that may be incurred.

Neither Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd nor its officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, or assigns shall be liable for any warranty, costs, damage, injury, or any other claims incurred as a result of the usage of a prize by any winner. Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd is not liable for any loss arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd.

If the specified prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd in its sole and absolute discretion may substitute a prize of like or equal value.

A contest is null and void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

Persons below 18 are required to get the Parents or Guardian's consent to participate in this Ideal Contest. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, lost profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages. None of the foregoing parties shall be responsible or be held liable for any system, server or connection failure, interruption and delay or computer viruses, and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages.

All participants hereby warrant that all statements and personal details given are true, correct, accurate and complete and that the participants have read and understood all the rules, regulations, terms and conditions of this Ideal Contest and agree to be bound by it. By participating in this Ideal Contest, all Participants agree to abide by the terms and Conditions and all decisions made by Gonzo Rosso (M) Sdn Bhd from time to time without prior notice.
